Cassie Buell arrives at Night to Shine, an event sponsored by the Tim Tebow Foundation, held on Feb. 10 at Capital West Christian Church in Jefferson City. The event joined the nationwide celebration of those with special needs through a prom night experience, complete with limo rides, dancing, music and hair/makeup makeovers.
